    Description

    This coin has a lot of its original mint lustre and a real nice cartwheel.   It is dark silver that fades into a very light gray at the rim with just a touch of blue.  It looks more like a 60 to me but PCGS disagrees,  This is a nice catch.
    Last year of America's first commemorative coin.
