Manora Uncooked Shrimp Chips is made from high quality selected fresh shrimp. These shrimp chips are an ideal snack for adults and children alike. They are delicious and crispy. For better taste, take with chili sauce or tomato sauce.

Directions :
Heat up vegetable oil 3-4 inches deep in a large pot over high heat (the temperature is about 200 degree Celsius)
Test the temperature of the oil by placing one shrimp chip into it. If the oil is hot enough, little bubbles will immediately form around the shrimp chip.
Add a small quantity of crackers to hot fresh vegetable oil.
Fry until they are fully puffed up (this take time about 10 seconds). It should puff up, enlarge, and float to the top. They expand quite a bit (2-3 times). When the color of the shrimp chip is consistent throughout, it is done. Do not allow the shrimp chips to brown at all, as they will taste burnt.
Immediately remove it from the oil and transfer it for draining exceed oil.
Allow to cool and stored in an air tight container or eat immediately.
Remark : The cooking process happens within seconds, so watch them carefully and don’t deep fry too many at a time. Shrimp chips are best when eaten the day they’ve been deep fried.
