Choose from a lightweight 0.7 oz (20 gram) soft EVA boxing battle ball, a 2 oz (60 gram) tennis ball and a heavy 3 oz (85 gram) rubber. Unlike a tennis ball - a light ball & nbsp; light enough not to break the knuckles on the fists, and on the face without consequences. A heavy ball on rubber is even harder than tennis tennis and is suitable for those who already have experience with fighting ball.
Lightweight Boxing Reflex Ball is equipped with a very thin, almost weightless, but at the same time extremely strong elastic band. Many competitors have lightweight balls for practicing strikes that are equipped with too dense rubber. In this case, the weight of the ball  not enough to stretch such an elastic band and as a result, the elastic band practically does not stretch.
Length adjustment
The length of the elastic is adjustable to the length of the arms in one motion.
For winding excess elastic in the boxing simulator, we use high-quality PLASTIC Velcro.
In the photo below, examples of ball adjustment from competitors:
1. from two pieces of textile clothing Velcro - the quality can be seen on the photo without comment
2. knot - complete lack of quick adjustment. To adjust, you need to untie-tie a knot.
3. the most unfortunate option, because the lock in the middle of the elastic band changes its weight and tension, and the elastic band folded in half has twice the tensile force
To begin with, choose the length of the elastic band equal to the length of the outstretched arm + - 2-3 cm. Gradually reduce the length as you develop the skill.
Tape on the head for any size.
Combination headband - made of soft polyester tape and elastic material and fits any head size. The density of the elastic part of the tape is large enough so as not to stretch along with the rubber band and not slide over the eyes after each hit, which is often the case with other manufacturers of fighting ball components with heavy rubber balls and a regular rubber band.
