Maintenance:
The correct feeding system: the inlet pressure at the tool inlet (not the air compressor air pressure) is generally 90PSI (0.63MPa). The pressure is too high or too low can also effcet the performance and life. The air intake must contain sufficient oil to allow sufficient lubrication of the dynamic part of the tool
(Check, the tool can be placed out of a white paper to see if there is oil discharge, the normal visible grease phenomenon)
Pls dont remove any parts on the machine, in addition to the possibility of direct damage to the tool, but also affect the safety of the operator
If the tool is slightly faulty or can not be used in the original function, please stop using it and check it immediately
Regular (about once a week) inspection, maintenance tools, add butter in the bearing and other rotating parts, add pneumatic tool oil at the air entrance and test run for half a minute
