Most of my items will be new with certain used and refurbished items mixed in. Please read the item description carefully as I will be careful to describe items accurately so there are no discrepancies upon receiving your item. If you feel for any reason that the item wasn't as described, please contact me before leaving bad feedback to allow me to resolve the issue. I am bound to make a mistake or two from time to time, and if a mistake is made I'll make it right with you. Period. That's the way I do business. A lot of the items I sell have some sort of minor box blemishes, but the items themselves are new (where listed as such). Items that were clearly the result of shipping damage will be handled as such and the appropriate claims will be filed with the shipping company. In this event, the transaction will be on hold until the shipping company can make a determination...once the determination is made I'll settle the issue with you!
