JJBP 15mm to 12mm Fork Thru Axle Conversion Kit for the Rondo Twin Tip 1.0 15x100 thru axle disc fork used on the Ruut, HVRT, and other models. Kit includes the following:
• Thread adapter: M15x1.5mm pitch external thread, 13mm long, M12x1.5mm internal thread
• Thru Hole Insert: 15mm OD x 12mm ID, 12mm long
• Axle: 12mm x 130mm long, M12x1.5mm threads
IMPORTANT: The Thread Adapter in this kit has no flange and installs from the INSIDE of the dropout, threading into the blind hole of the non-disc side Flip Chip. The Thread Adapter comes with low-strength non-hardening threadlocker pre-applied to the threads. The fork threads must be clean and dry before screwing in the adapter from the inside of the fork leg until it is flush with the inner dropout plate. Use a small coin such a penny or nickel engaged in the two notches, adding an adjustable wrench if necessary for more torque. Heating the threadlocker with a hair dryer or heat gun will ease installation.
