    These limited production potato chips have been hand made on Maui since 1956 using old fashioned methods. No two bags are ever alike. They are a favorite of locals and taste somewhat different than the regular potato chips that we are now accustomed to. Because they do not contain preservatives and are packed in a clear bag, the shelf life is four weeks, so please purchase them when you intend on consuming them. The bag says, "Do not expose to sunshine" because the light will cause them to quickly lose their freshness. We only stock this item as it is ordered from the customer to maintain optimum freshness.
