Power Probe PP401AS PP4/IV 9 Mode Diagonstic Circuit Tester Tool has been Fully tested and it works great , It's  in good condition no owner markings but it does have a few very small scratches on the screen as shown in the pictures. One of the clamps has cosmetic wear as shown .

Shipping
We will only ship to the PayPal CONFIRMED address included with the PayPal payment.
