POWER --
No person wants to be kicked at full power so we have these different boards which are designed for use by all grades -- You can use these and be sure that your kicks are truly effective - All of our boards are made in two pieces with a shaped joint so that you can put them back together -- They are great value because you can be sure they will last for very many years and we are still using some that are over 25 years old -- We list the Boards from the Easiest through to the very strongest Black so that you can be sure that you choose the best one for you as follows :-
* BOARD STRENGTH ---
Because all of these boards are made in machines the strength of each board can be controlled and will always be exactly the same
-- BUT
the strength of wood can vary so for comparison we give you the approximate equivalent thickness for a dry piece of Parana Pine that is 28 x 28 cms square.
BYTOMIC BOARDS ---
These all have foam protection on both sides and they are all 31 cm long by 23 cm wide -- STRENGTHS are as follows - Yellow equal to 7mm of pine -- Blue equal to 13mm of pine -- Red equal to 20mm of pine -- Black equal to 25mm of pine
WHITE & RED BOARD ---
this board has a layer of Red Foam on the front and is 30 cms long by 23 cms wide and equal to a pine thickness of 30 mm
- It is therefore ideal for demos where adults want to break more than one board.

These are all v
ery tough and you will not be able to break them when hand held -- To break them you will need a holder -
SOLID
WHITE BOARD ---
This is 28 x 28 cms square and equal to 40 mm of solid pine -
SOLID RED BOARD ---
This is 28 x 28 cms square and equal to 45 mm of solid pine -
SOLID BLUE BOARD ---
This is 28 x 28 cms square and equal to 50 mm of solid pine -
SOLID BLACK BOARD ---
This is 28 x 28 cms square and equal to 55 mm of solid pine -
DENSE FOAM BOARD ---
this is 28 X 28 cm square and designed to give anyone extra confience by being put in front of a solid board to protect feet or hands when kicking or punching.

BOOK - BUILD A HOLDER --
You will NOT be able to break any of the solid 28x28 boards when hand held - So you will need to put it on the floor (see picture of Red Board) - Or you will need to mount this board in a holder --
We sell the Gorilla board holder or you can build your own and here we show a picture of a holder that was built and is being used by one of our happy customers - Note that at this price we are ONLY selling the book NOT the holder shown in the pictures

the book contains every detail very clearly written, together with exact diagrams that show you how any reasonably confident DIY type person can build this holder - it has been already been used successfully by many hundreds of people

When built the holder can be used with a partner as shown in any place - Or if you are training on your own it can be placed against a wall for practice by one person

when built the holder will take several of the standard size 28 x 28 cms square Breaker Boards and the height of the holder is adjustable so that the target can easily be moved up or down for used by adults or children who are different heights - At its lowest position the holder will fit into the boot of most cars for easy transport.
