The Sparring Arm™ is a sparring aid which helps develop and enhance training, coordination and speed. It is a "live" device which provides realistic offensive/defensive training while reducing the possibility of injury during contact training. Inspired by a device originally developed by Bruce Lee to fine-tune his fighting techniques, The Sparring Arm™ allows anyone to train in realistic sparring situations. Develops full-speed timing and footwork. The Sparring Arm™ can accommodate most types of boxing gloves and mitts (not included). The integrated handle allows for carrying and also provides extra support to brace against strikes. The Sparring Arm™ is designed to take light to medium strikes. It allows for safe distancing while training and helps develop essential timing.  Eliminates close quarters interaction and reduces the possibility of injury to the trainer. Manufactured in the USA.
