Vintage Hong Kong Michael Arts Beaded/Embroidered Chilli Pepper Cardigan

Unique Vintage Michael Arts Black Cashmere and Angora Mixed, Hand Beaded and Embroidered cardigan made in Hong Kong that belonged to my grandmother.
I believe the outer piping is silk.  There is signs of dye run on the pipping as well as the green leaf embroidery and some of the red chilli peppers.  I believe only one chilli pepper bead is missing from the sweater (located on back of sweater, top shoulder) Picture #4.  I also found 2 small holes (Pictures 9 & 10).  Sweater is lined but not in the sleeves.
Really is a beautiful sweater.  I am hoping someone can repair.  I am selling as is.
I would consider this sweater a small.  Measurements are:

Sleeve Length:  16"
Body Length:  19"
