Ingredients
Enriched Long Grain Parboiled Rice (Iron Phosphate, Niacin, Thiamine Mononitrate and Folic Acid), Dehydrated Vegetables (Onion, Bell Pepper), Salt, Yeast Extract, Soy Sauce (100% Soybean), Thiamine Hydrochloride, Soybean Oil (Tbhq Added As A Preservative), Paprika, Garlic, Spices, Monosodium Glutamate, Chili Powder, Caramel Color, Silicon Dioxide (Flow Agent).
Directions
Safe Handling Instructions:
Steamer method: 1. combine 11 1/2 cups water, 1/4 cup vegetable oil, contents of rice and seasoning packages, and 2 1/2 lbs. Pre-cooked meat to steamer, stir well. 2. cook using 10 pounds pressure about 20 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed. 3. let stand for 5 minutes. 4. stir to fluff before serving.
Instructions:
Stove top method: chicken & sausage jambalaya.. 1. pre-cook 1 1/4 lbs. Of chicken meat and cut into serving pieces. 2. to a large cooking container, add 11 1/2 cups of water, 1/4 cup vegetable oil (optional), chicken meat, 1 1/4 lbs. Sausage cut into serving pieces, and contents of seasoning package. 3. bring mixture to a rolling boil. 4. add contents of rice package, stir thoroughly and return to boil. 5. stir, cover, and reduce heat to low. Let simmer for 15 minutes, (a low bubbling action should be visible). 6. remove from heat. Cover tightly and let stand for 5 minutes. 7. before serving, stir gently to fluff and mix.
